All participants can register by using the Online Registration Form available at the end of this page.
Please note that:
• No Registration Form will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of full payment (copy of bank remittance) sent by email or fax (as above) to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat.
• Registration Submission Number applies only for online submission.
From June 28th, 2018 & onwards registrations can only be made On-site at the Secretariat.

Participants are kindly requested to provide to the Secretariat desk upon their arrival at the Congress, a proof of their status as indicated on their registration form (eg. Trainee, Student, Nursing staff etc.).
