Talk Presentation Instructions

All presenters should deliver their presentations to the technical supporting personnel in powerpoint format for Windows at least prior to their presentation session. The technical supporting personnel should be informed whether the presenter requires to give his/her presentation with his/her own laptop in order to make the appropriate tests and changes. We strongly suggest, in order not to lose any time, that all presenters should have their presentations ready to be uploaded in the conference laptop.

Duration of talk presentations

Plenary: 30 minutes (25 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion)
Invited: 20 minutes (17 minutes talk + 3 minutes discussion)
Oral: 15 minutes (12 minutes talk + 3 minutes discussion)

All presenters need to be strictly consistent with their time slots and to respect the flow of the scientific programme. In all talks a warning will be given to the presenter prior to the last 2 minutes of his/her talk.

Poster Preparation Instructions

On-board posters may be prepared on one sheet. Poster boards are Vertical/portrait (taller than wide) style. Poster dimensions: 90cm width x 120cm height.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a two-meter (six foot) distance.

All posters will be displayed in the poster stands during the three days of the conference.

During the closing ceremony of the conference, three awards will be given to the best three poster presenters. The evaluation will be made by an independent scientific Award Committee on the basis of scientific merit and excellence of authors’ research.
