Dear respective participants,
Unfortunately, in these unprecedented times and in an effort to take preventative measures to curb and contain the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organizing Committee has been carefully analyzing the situation and exploring the options regarding the 11th European Conference on Pesticides & the 17th Symposium on Chemistry and Fate of Modern Pesticides scheduled to take place on September 20-23, 2020 in Preveza, Greece.
We are all experiencing the impacts within our institutions and organizations and as such, it is imperative that we remain focused on the task of ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all delegates, participants and staff.
Moreover, we can relate to the difficulty of all our invited faculty and congress delegates to arrange their travel for a congress taking place in September.
The Organizers will soon come to a final decision regarding whether the Congress will go online within 2020 (with corresponding changes to registration fees) or will keep the face-to-face component for next year on new dates.
For now, we would like to inform you that all timelines and deadlines will be adapted accordingly and will be announced soon.
