The registration fees indicated above are only applicable if both the registration form and payment are received on or before the deadline date; otherwise, the next higher registration fee will be applied.

Authors’ registration:

We would like to remind you that for each abstract the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid. Pre-Registration is mandatory the latest by September 10th 2021 in order your paper to be included in the proceedings and make all necessary arrangements for your participation in-person or on line.


Cancellation and refund Policy

All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA (info@conferre.gr). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

• No refunds will be made in the event of any cancellations received after September 1st, 2021.

Changes due to Covid restrictions: in case of new limitations or local and international restrictions, a participant or author registered to the Congress can change the fee to the On line access and will receive a refund of the price difference.


Methods of Payment


A. By Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa)

The preferred payment method for all transactions for the Conference is online payment by credit card. For security reasons, payment by credit card is being made online through DeltaPAY system (Alpha Bank’s secure transaction service).


B. By Bank Transfer

All payments for the Symposium must be made in Euros to Conferre SA. Conferre SA is the professional Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat of the Conference and acts on behalf of the Organizers.


Receipts/invoices

Receipts: All invoices and receipts will be provided to participants upon completion of the Conference by the Secretariat, upon request.

Invoices: For invoice issuing please contact the Secretariat at info@conferre.gr at least 5 days prior to the Conference to provide the needed details.

The Organizing Committee strongly encourages those that can travel to Ioannina to attend ΙN -PERSON, to take advantage of the collegiality, networking opportunities and atmosphere that is unique during a face to face event.
Authors of oral presentations who cannot travel due to local and international restrictions or that need to be necessarily quarantined upon their return can register and present with on line participation.

Announcement

The organizers are monitoring closely the situation and will take into consideration the regulations
in order to announce in the next days the decision to
move to a hybrid congress.

All authors will be informed about the type of presentation (oral/poster) through a letter of schedule
once the format of the congress is announced (hybrid or virtual)
and the program of the conference is finalized.

Early bird registration deadline has been extended until August 25th 2021.

We understand that this decision will inconvenience many of you and we thank you for your understanding.

The organizers are monitoring closely the situation and will take into consideration the regulations for September.

The decision to move to a web-hosted congress will be announced only if developments evolving COVID-19 worsen and Governmental Regulations dictate it.

In such a case the registration fee for on site participation will be modified for on line participation with a 50% reduction.

We understand that this decision will inconvenience many of you but we hope it is worth looking forward to a successful and meaningful ON SITE event.
