Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted ONLY ONLINE through this website.

Important Dates:

Abstract Submission Open: November 15th, 2019
Abstract Submission Deadline (expired): January 24th, 2020
Provisional Acceptance of Abstracts: January 31st, 2020
Paper Submission Deadline: April 30th, 2020
Paper Revision Notification: May 31st, 2020
Final Paper Submission: June 30th, 2020
Final Notification of Acceptance: July 10th, 2020
For the presentation of the work at the conference and its inclusion in the conference proceedings, an abstract and a full length paper (upon acceptance of the abstract) must be submitted.

Guidelines for the preparation and online submission of abstracts

Please make sure to read carefully the following guidelines before proceeding with the preparation and submission of your abstract.
  • Abstracts must be prepared and submitted in English.
  • Length: Abstracts (text body) should not exceed the limit of 200 words.
  • Avoid using non-standard abbreviations in the title.
  • Do not insert tables or figures in the abstract.
  • For any abstract submitted, the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid upon acceptance of the full paper. If a participant pays the Registration Fee in prior and the paper is finally not accepted, there will be a full refund only if the author does not desire to participate in the Conference and sends a written request to the Secretariat within 15 days of the notification of rejection.
  • Abstracts can be submitted using the abstract submission form.
  • The submission form should be completed by the corresponding author (correct email is important).

After online submission, you will receive (by e-mail) an "Abstract Submission Number" indicating that your abstract has successfully been submitted. This number must be referred to in all correspondence. Please print or save this receipt on your computer, as it will serve as a confirmation of successful abstract submission.
If you do not receive this automatic email immediately after your submission, your abstract has not been submitted properly (registered in the database). In this case you are kindly requested to repeat the procedure or contact the Organizing Bureau/Secretariat (info@conferre.gr) for further information and assistance.
  • Note that edits of submitted abstracts are allowed until the submission deadline. You can edit your abstract by following the link in the confirmation email you received upon successful submission.
  • The corresponding author will be notified by email with reference to the approval or rejection of the submitted abstract(s) upon completion of the evaluation.
