COMECAP 2021

Dear Colleagues,

Given the many complications with all events we are working hard to minimize the impact for COMECAP 2021. Originally set for September 2020 and then May, the congress has been rescheduled for 26 – 29 September 2021.

Due to the pandemic and in accordance with the national government latest regulations regarding congresses and events the congress will also give the opportunity to participants who cannot travel to Ioannina (due to local or international restrictions) to participate online.

We strongly encourage those that can travel to Ioannina to attend in-person, to take advantage of the collegiality, networking opportunities and atmosphere that is unique during a face to face event.
Authors of oral presentations who cannot travel
due to local and international restrictions or that need to be necessarily
quarantined upon their return
can register and present with on line participation.

The beautiful city of Ioannina is preparing more than ever to ensure a safe and healthy environment and the Congress venue will implement all rules and regulations set out by Government authorities.

COMECAP 2021 strives during its 4 days organization to bring together researchers in the areas of Meteorology, Climatology and Atmospheric Physics, as well as to highlight all the latest methodologies, modeling tools and theoretical approaches which will attract scientists and researchers from the international scientific community.

At this point we would like to thank all our colleagues for submitting their abstracts.

We will try to prepare COMECAP 2021 in the best way and offer an unforgettable personal and professional experience in Ioannina, Greece!

Looking forward to welcoming you in Ioannina city!
The Conference Chair
